  1. Hello Charles,

I am Amit who working in EMS as SQA.
My question related to ansi asq z1.4 2008 sampling plan AQL 0.4
Eg: if we received a small lot size (40 pcs), what will be the sample size and acc/rej criteria by using general inspection level II AQL 0.4? (Tighten)
if lot size=40pcs, we have to follow ‘D’ by using general inspection level II. (Tighten)
ie, sample size=8 with criteria (Acc=0, Rej=1) if follow AQL=0.4.
My question/doubt is do we need to do 100% inspection if lot size is less than 500 if follow ansi asq z1.4 2008 sampling plan AQL 0.4 (tighten)
