About the Expert
Jim Bossert is a Senior Performance Improvement Specialist at JPS Hospital. He works on Lean Six Sigma projects in all parts of the JPS Healthcare system. Prior to JPS, Jim worked in a variety of positions; SVP Sales and Analytics at Bank of America, Regional Vice President of Quality for Nokia Mobile Phones, VP Supplier Quality at Nokia Mobile Phone and Eastman Kodak as a statistician. Jim has authored the Supplier Management Handbook (6th Edition) and Supplier Certification among other books. He is an ASQ (American Society for Quality) Fellow, he received the Distinguished Service Medal from ASQ in 2012, and has the following ASQ certifications. CQE, CQA, CQM/OE, CSSBB, CSSMBB. Jim is the current editor of the Six Sigma Forum magazine.
